8:00 a.m. Monday, July 19, 2010, I reached the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro with my dear friend of more than 40 years, Nancy Fahnestock; on April 30, 2011, I completed my first half marathon; and on Memorial Day 2011, I participated in the Bolder Boulder with my niece Kelsey. As new adventures unfold, I will report them here. Next up, Oregon's Hood to Coast August 2012 and Machu Picchu! Stay tuned!
